A multi-round process for a corporate supply chain role, moving through an initial recruiter conversation, an operational round focused on past project experience, a round centered on financial and business-case thinking, and a final round with senior leadership covering both strategic and cross-functional topics. The process was well-organized and each interviewer was personable, thorough, and clearly prepared.
