The interview process was quick and straightforward. After applying, I was contacted within a few days for a brief phone screening where they asked basic questions about my background and interest in the role. I then had one main interview with the hiring manager. It was very conversational and focused on my previous experience and how I would handle typical job scenarios. There were no difficult or trick questions, and the interviewer made the environment feel comfortable.

I had two inteviews, they both went well. I also worked for Caribou in the past so I already knew a lot about the company. The process was easy and seamless.
