Caribou interview questions

The interview process was quick and straightforward. After applying, I was contacted within a few days for a brief phone screening where they asked basic questions about my background and interest in the role. I then had one main interview with the hiring manager. It was very conversational and focused on my previous experience and how I would handle typical job scenarios. There were no difficult or trick questions, and the interviewer made the environment feel comfortable.

Very transparent and thorough process. I was given interview questions ahead of each meeting with various team members, which allowed me to effectively prepare my answers and give my interviewers a better idea of my capabilities and experience. It was clear that Caribou cared more about the evaluating my experience and fit for the role/company instead of leading with "gotcha" questions for the sake of playing mind games that unfortunately plague other companies. My interview process included a take-home assignment/case study that was on par with other similar assignments I received from other companies. The recruited I worked with, Sarah, was very responsive and consistently checked in during various stages of the process. Her attentiveness was especially remarkable considering I was interviewing near the EOY holidays.
