A university recruiter reached out to me to apply for the position. Had a short phone interview with them about a week later and they didn’t know anything about the position and wasn’t able to articulate clearly but set up a phone interview with the manager about two weeks later. The manager seemed like they hated their job and just complained about the position the entire time and all the changes. Received an automated email about two weeks saying I didn’t get the position, don’t worry, definitely would have never accepted it.
