Interview
Initial phone call with HR manager and then a phone interview with two engineering managers.
The process did not go any further because I withdrew my application after 6-weeks.
It became apparent that they were interested in someone else (younger, less experience, cheaper...), I had a contract opportunity to work for another company, so I withdrew my application to go work for another company.

Basic experience questions related to their needs.
Interviewe experience was good even though I was rejected.
Some Questions I remember:
1. Block diagram of the controller
2. UART, SPI driver related
3. Bitwise operators related coding questions
4. Volatile keyword usage
Interviewer has given me feedback which helped me to know where do I have knowledge gap.

Interview
Applied for the position on Indeed. A few days later a young recruiter approached me and said my experience was impressive and match for the position. Asked if he could call me. Then he called me and the whole conversation was around the fact if I have green card or not. I have L2 Visa with work permit. He promised to check if L2 would be OK. Few days later I follow up and he gets back to me saying literally this: "I THINK we don't accept L2". This leads me to two things: one, he didn't check with the position manager if L2 was OK and he was not sure about it; two, he is completely unaware that L2 visa does not require sponsorship and can work for any employee. I follow up other few times asking the details why L2 wouldn't be ok and he never replied back, simply ghosted me. Very disappointing experience.

Interview process contains assessment which has negative marking it has 50 bits I guess after that two technical interviews will be there each round is eliminator if we clear it then HR interview will be there
