Had a number of interviews. Was interviewed by 12 people across 4 separate interviews. Even had a technical test to do. Was told all feedback was positive and I was lead to believe an offer was on the way. The whole process was incredibly slow and frustrating. I was asked to come in for one more 'chat' with the CEO - he likes to chat to all new joiners I was told. I went in and was given another grilling by him. After a few days I was told I was not suitable for the role and I would not be hired. It really was a most bizarre experience. My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs. If their interview process is a barometer for how they treat their potential candidates- I for one would not want to work here.
