I had five phone interviews, all of which were very pleasant. In between, I had spoken to HR on several occassions to arrange my references and paperwork. I was an out-of-town candidate, and after the fifth interview, I was made an offer over the phone from HR. Because I had still not met anyone in person and was hesitant to accept a job without doing so, I asked if it was possible to have an in-person meeting, prior to accepting their offer. Cedars flew me from my home and arranged three meetings with all of the respective individuals that I would be working with. In the following days, I reached out with thank-you's to the entire team and to HR confirming my interest in the position and the offer. After a week, two weeks, I reached out again via email and phone. No response. To this day, a year and a half later, I have still never received even a courtesy response from Cedars explaining their rejection. I have the utmost medical respect for Cedars, but I question their HR professionalism.
