I applied online in March and didn't hear back until August. I got a call from the manager to come in for an interview and to take some tests. The tests were a typing test and a kind of listening test where I was read a paragraph and had to answer some questions about it. I was just told about the job, the department, and what they were looking for. The interview took about 30 minutes. Have yet to hear back from them.
