I applied through agency who put me in concact base, after that I had 2 Skype interviews woth my future bosses. Interview was on Skype, very relaxing. Evrything that I wrote in my CV they read and asked qustions.

The people doing the interview ate always very kind and approachable. The do an icebreaker and then ask about previous experience, interest in the position, availability. They try to make it very amene.
