      I interviewed at Celential.ai

      Interview

To put it simply, I interviewed for a position I was over-qualified for, told they wanted somebody with more experience, and then I was ghosted. The first interview was with the director of marketing, and that went well. The second was with a co-founder, and that went well too. That should have been it - a good, productive mutual fit. The co-founder and I even knew somebody in common, who strongly recommended me for the role. Unfortunately, after that second and effectively final interview, I was ghosted. Or, rather, I would have been had I not followed up aggressively for several weeks, only to be told I was under-qualified for a position I was actually over-qualified for. Over a month later, their company LinkedIn page (people tab) doesn't show that they've hired anybody for the role. Maybe nobody is qualified for it?
