I was contacted by a online recruiter about a sales position in Raleigh, NC with a Verizon retailer. A 30 minute phone interview was scheduled for a week later with the same rep. during the interview she went down my resume in detailed and asked a few questions about the sales process. I then got a call from the regional manner to setup an interview on Skype which also lasted about 30 min. The last interview was in store. I then had a personality and skills test. lastly I had a background check and drug test.

Interview
Very comfortable and simple. I interviewed via skype. I was told all about the position and expectations, ways to move up, and commission. My interviewer, Jennifer, made the process very easy. She asked the normal, boring questions in a way that warranted an answer.
