I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cellular Sales (Austin, TX) in Jul 2024
Interview
I was selected for a pre-recorded screening and then moved forward to an in-store interview with the National Recruiting Director. I had a bad experience overall. I'm not writing this review to offend but solely for feedback. For the in-person interview portion, I scheduled a time to meet with the Recruiting Director through Calendly. The RD did not include the updated time zone and sent it out to the candidates. I confirmed it with him before my interview and he acknowledged saying that it was his error with including the wrong time zone and that he said that he will make sure to schedule me for a set date and time. A few days later, I show up for my scheduled interview just to be informed by another team member that he had just started interviewing another candidate DURING my confirmed scheduled time. I sat there for an hour waiting for him to be finished. Highly unprofessional. You would think someone with 18 years of experience in recruiting and with this company can understand time zone differences or communicate that he is running behind schedule, I guess not. All that just to be ghosted by him 2 weeks after. Do better, thanks.
