      Brain Trust Interview

      14 Apr 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cengage in Sept 2015

      Interview

Interview is very non-standard. They're looking for a "google" type. Expect odd questions, and be prepared to explain your questions. Be ready to explain your resume in non-traditional ways. Generally a friendly interview, they aren't looking for you to fail, but they want to know that you are a problem solver, and can work through a tough question. Not really many "Right" answers.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

What are 10 ways you'd travel the country on 10 dollars?
      Answer question

      Question 2

If you were a product for sale, what would your box look like?
