Phone screening with HR. Then in-person timed aptitude tests for typing, reading, transcribing numbers and data and a personality tests prior to interview. After testing, they go over the results and pass you over to a panel for the interview. Interviewers were managers and VPs, a lot more than I felt was required. Some just sat there and didn't really participate. Questions were simple based on skill set. No behavioral questions were asked, but I tried to still bring in some STAR framework answers.
