Really thorough but very understandable- asked the usual questions and did a couple of unexpected questions and answered them with clarity and confidence so not to difficult to anticipate their expectations if prepared

STAR model process for both written submission and face to face. Questions requiring situational responses to demonstrate ability. Face to face held infront of panel. Process used was for employee going from casual to permanent with years of demonstrated experience.
