I recently interviewed at Centum Electronics for a Program Management role, which consisted of an aptitude test followed by engaging HR and technical interviews. The process was straightforward and I found it to be manageable.

1. Firstly, Tell me about yourself 2. Questions about UG and PG 3. Strengths and weaknesses were questioned 4. Situational questions were asked to evaluate how the individual handles stress and pressure 5. Further, questions were related to projects accomplished till date.
