I did an application online (their website is a bit shocking, please save all you do on a separate word document, I have had to re-do my application 3 times as the website crashed or times out so you have to be prepared in advance). I have got an email and telephone invite to an interview. I interviewed with a senior social worker and the team leader. They were kind enough to print the questions on a paper so that I could have a look and organise my answers. They were very nice and calm and I have had a pleasant experience. They were simple questions but I was prepared to talk about way more.

Interrogation type. Not conversational. They have a set of questions that they ask that are quite layered and in depth. The values based interview afterwards didn’t seem too much about values more so than it was how you would handle scenarios that could come up or experience in the past.
