Change Grow Live interview questions

The first interview was Competency based form, carried out face to face in a local treatment hub to me. I met my line manager here, then values based interview for the second round. This was completed on-line via teams.

I did an application online (their website is a bit shocking, please save all you do on a separate word document, I have had to re-do my application 3 times as the website crashed or times out so you have to be prepared in advance). I have got an email and telephone invite to an interview. I interviewed with a senior social worker and the team leader. They were kind enough to print the questions on a paper so that I could have a look and organise my answers. They were very nice and calm and I have had a pleasant experience. They were simple questions but I was prepared to talk about way more.
