I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chargebacks911
Interview
Had a nice screening with the recruiter who talked on and on about the company. When I connected with the hiring manager they were belligerent at my inexperience (for an entry level role offering an uncompetive salary). Would highly disreccomend applying, even an employee I bumped into in the elevator said it was an "okay place to work if you really needed the job."
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself ; Tell me about your past experience
Interviewed in four phases:
• Initial screening with VP of Talent (Nick)
• Loose technical with software director
• Take-home assessment
• Technical with team lead (on-site)
Process was smooth; despite a couple of timing hiccups, the whole set of interviews comprised ~2 weeks total.
Very positive team! Everyone I spoke with seemed genuinely invested in the company and in the value of the role I was interviewing for.
Interviews were all very conversational and flowed well. The take-home was a fun, well-considered assignment that reflected the business needs for the role accurately.
Particular shout-out to Nick Flowers (VP of Talent); he was extremely positive and communicated tightly through the entire interview process. Ace recruiter.

Question 1
Hard to pin down to a single question; interviews began with "tell me about yourself" and flowed about as naturally as you could hope for from there.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chargebacks911 (Clearwater, FL) in Mar 2022
Interview
Had a phone interview with the department head, wasn't very long or stressful. Answered some basic questions and talked about my prior experience in the field. Also spoke with a higher up person and had the same kind of conversation.
