Interview
Very simple, just a phone call interview for initial screening. The HR person was very sweet, congratulated me for graduating, asked my salary expectations and explained the role very well.

Question 1
They asked some result interpretation questions of endotoxin testing, what are the possible causes for an endotoxin test to fail, I was asked if I did bioburden testing for which I said no as I don't have hands-on-experience with it.

Interview
The interview was well lead. I spoke to the manager of the department who brought in the supervisors as well to talk to during the interview. Also brought in a newly hired employee to relate to.
