In general, if you play it off as a generally agreeable, ambitious and eager person they're going to like you. Interview
First interview was rescheduled on interviewers part for a week later. They were courteous enough to email right at scheduled time. At next scheduled interview, interviewer was a no show. Didn’t get an interview, didn’t get an email, no response to my email sent. Not sure what happened but a shame as I was looking forward to interviewing for this position
