Interview
First, a contracted recruiting company contacted me by email and requested that we speak on the phone. One week later there was a telephone interview with the recruiting company. The following week, I had a formal interview at the facility. After accepting the position there was a background check, drug test and TB test required. Interview
I filled out my online application and was contacted via email about a week later. They sent a questionnaire. After I completed it and sent it back, they scheduled me for a phone interview, which was very nice. The person I talked to was warm, friendly, intelligent, and thoroughly explained the job and benefits package. The following day they emailed me and scheduled an in-person interview with the hiring team. I was interviewed by four associates who were also warm, friendly, and intelligent. I felt that we built a lot of rapport during the interview. After that I got to tour the facility and see all the animals. The animals are all very clean, happy, and well taken care of. I didn't pick up any bad vibes at all. The entire process took about three weeks.
