Initial phone screening/ interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Laid back interview overall. Asked challenging but not difficult to answer questions. Started with a quick overview of the position, talked about the benefits of CRL (annual raise, when benefits start, vacation & PTO information, education assistance). Mentioned background checks/drug test/respirator fit if hired and what to expect next. Talked about the position and noted some information that the hiring manager wants applicants to know. Stated the position is a contract position for 1 year but it will most likely be renewed. If not then CRL would help place me elsewhere.
