Long and drawn out, it took time to get through the four interviews. They move at a slower pace. I will say they are responsive to questions and inquiries but the process did take more than two months.

Interview
Initial 30-minute phone screening followed that was to be followed by two of three additional interviews. The phone screening was direct and I enjoyed it. They wanted to see what I knew about CS and gave me time to ask questions as well.

Interview
I am not sure my experience was typical. I submitted an online job application and received an email to set up a phone screening within a day. The phone screening was with a wonderfully delightful recruiter. She explained the next step was to talk with the manager if the manager liked my resume. She said she would contact me within the next 3 days to tell me what was happening. She then called to schedule an interview with manager! The interview as technical and about relating to team members.
