Applied online and was contacted by talent acquisition a couple week later. The first interview was on the phone and lasted 30 minutes with a recruiter who was very friendly and easy to speak with. He walked me through the timeline of the hiring process and said that I would be contacted by the corporate compliance department regarding the next interview.

30 minute phone call with HR representative for screening. Then to someone in the field (1 hour) more behavioral questions. Then to the senior director for final interview. My only complaint is that I completed the interview within about 2 weeks, and didn't receive an offer for about 5 weeks.
