Hiring process was straightforward for the summer internship position and consisted of two phone interviews and an in-person interview with two managing directors. Interviewers were very pleasant and friendly at all stages of the interview process

I only ranked this difficult as one should be fully prepared to answer the necessary questions, which is reasonable and appreciated. Important research and preparation for this interview made it very manageable.
Initial phone screen with a Sr. Talent Advisor and then a scheduled combination of an in-person and virtual interview with a two managers. Comfortable conversations; wanted to more fully understand my background and knowledge in this field and to explain the expectations for this position and the wider department.

Interview
I applied via Indeed and heard back from a recruiter the next day. The first interview was more of a phone screening with the recruiter. She provided more in-depth info regarding the position, pay, etc and then ended with about 3 basic behavioral questions. This interview was not nerve-racking at all because the recruiter really just wants to make sure you understand the position and that you are prepared for the next interview. After the phone screening with the recruiter, I was scheduled for an hour long video interview with 2 managers. This interview had the standard interview template... They told me about themselves and then asked me to tell them about myself and then followed with several behavioral based questions. There were no trick or unusual questions and the interview was very relaxed. After this interview, I heard back from the recruiter a couple days later with an offer. Overall, it was a very comfortable interview process and the culture seems great here. From the date I applied online, I received an offer 2 weeks later. The only reason I declined the offer is because I received another job offer that is more geared towards my career goals.
