An internal recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I passed the initial phone screen and then did a remote technical interview. After that, I went in for a 1 hour in-person panel interview. Which was partly technical, partly cultural. And that was it, I went home then got a phone call a few minutes later saying I got the job.
My advice to people is to definitely apply, and not come in with any preconceptions. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
If you make it to the technical interview, you are allowed to use an IDE to write your code, then copy and paste it into the webpage. I thought you had to edit the code in the web page but that's not true. Also you can use online tools to help you (like a regex parser). Study up on data structures, it will help you on one of the questions.
FYI there is a drug screen and a background check. In Colorado, they do check for marijuana.
