One hour phone interview with recruiter. Then another hour interview with two heads of the department in which they spoke most of the time. Very laid back interview with more behavioral and casual questions.

Interview
Had 4 managers in the room, facial expressions given were uncomfortable. Seems impossible to impress or satisfy what they are asking. When the follow up conversation to the interview I was told everything I did wrong.
