Quick phone call that leads to an in person tour/interview. The call went over resume and background with behavioral questions. The in person interview was 2 hours with a demonstration of the job and more questions

Started with phone interview with 3 managers, they asked questions and where very friendly, they told you about job description. They asked some experience questions and asked about myself the interview was not difficult.

Good. There are three separate interviews. The talent acquisition person was very helpful in preparing for the primary interviews. process took several weeks. Pretty low stress. Questions you may expect and follow the STAR method.
