Very easy. Two interviews and hired. Took about two months and I had to remind the recruiter about myself because I didn't get a response after the second interview. Typical for an org of this size. Their recruiting department is stretched thin and stuff falls in the cracks.

Very slow, after the first phone interview, they were very enthusiastic and said I'd hear from them within a week, a month past before I heard from them again. After the second interview I was assured that I'd be moving on to a third and I haven't heard from them.

Interview
Had a phone interview with the recruiter. Subsequently, the recruiter set up a in person interview with the hiring manager in San Francisco. The facility was nice; not atypical to most offices. I met with the hiring manager and a Senior Manager. The hiring manager was engaging and asked relevant questions. The Sr. Manager asked some more behavioral questions.
