HR Phone interview - Since I had not interviewed in over 10 years, I underestimated how hard this portion would be. It is difficult to promote yourself on the phone especially when you have not done so in quite a while. Do not overlook this step and prepare answers in advance even for the trivial questions. It will help negate the hesitation in your answers.
