They asked questions. Two rounds. They are biased against autistic applicants. They are constantly hiring because they do not hire many permanent roles. It very much seemed to be a boys club.

I was introduced via a well-known recruiting company. I met with 2 or 3 people, one of which I'd say was 'executive' level for a bank. Everyone was smart and the interviews went well, reasonable questions.
