      Customer Success Account Manager Interview

      7 May 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I interviewed at CharterUP

      Interview

3 interviews. First with vp of recruitment, second with manager and CFO, this with CEO. All basic questions that are in most interviews were asked. CFO is on his high horse and the CEO doesn’t care about lower level employees in the slightest.

      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CharterUP (New York, NY) in Sept 2022

      Interview

The interview process at CharterUP is rigorous and thorough, but even though it may seem extensive the company is forthright, caring, and moves the process along quickly. 1. Application 2. Online Aptitude Test (Answer 50 Question in 12 Mins) 3. Screen Interview with Recruiter 4. Quantitative Skills Interview (Brush up on your knowledge of basic algebra!) 5. Meeting with Team Manager There was a fairly long break between steps 1-3 but once past 3 I was to the offer stage within a week. Great staff who are responsive and seem to care genuinely about building out the right team.

      Customer Success Account Manager Interview

      22 Jun 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CharterUP in Jun 2021

      Interview

I was asked to do the Wonderlic test from there was offered the initial interview with the CFO. After that initial interview I declined to continue. The CFO had quite an attitude, it put me off quite a bit. There was not one smile, no excitement and not to mention boasted about his career path in Finance and education at Duke. The picture that the CFO painted for the whole company was the most unappealing and very clear that 'status' is everything.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Where did I go to school? Tell them about my background? What is one improvement area my leadership would say about me?
