You have to be interviewed by at least two people in person but the questions are basic. It's really about seeing if you are personable since the roll entails relationship building.

Interview questions are average. Nothing too hard, expect to explain your previous experience in detail and your accomplishments. There were multiple interviews resulting in a longer than normal interview process.
