I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chase in Apr 2016
Interview
Step 1. Applied online through the website; answered basic questions about my education background and work experience; attached my resume.
Step 2. Received an email a few days later with a link for a digital interview (something that I had never experienced before, but it helped that there were test questions to prep and get comfortable with); watched a video about what it means to work at Chase; my live answers were recorded via webcam (no interviewer on the other end)- 13 questions, 30 seconds to prep per question, must answer within 3 minutes per question; entire process took about 40 minutes.
Step 3. Waiting for a response from the recruiting team (it has only been a day since I completed the digital interview); next step is hopefully an in-person interview!!
Digital Interview PROS- easy to operate and convenient! They give you 3 business days to complete the interview. You can start the interview whenever you're ready and can complete it from your own house.
Digital Interview CONS- it felt a little awkward watching myself on screen as I answered the questions. I personally prefer face-to-face interviews!

Question 1
How will your education and work experience help you be successful in this position?
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch
