it was short and to the point. They wanted to know your future plans more then anything. They like to know you want to grow with the company. They ask about your work experience with cash handling and conflict resolution.

have you dealt with conflict if so how how did you handle it
A face-to-face over the computer. The first interview was great and I went on to the second interview. I did not get the position and of course they do not say why.

Describe a time you had to adapt to a changing or complex environment at work. 1.) the situation, 2.) your actions, 3.) the outcome.
The interview process was easy. There were 2 interviews before I was hired and the onboarding process was a breeze. I did have to go do a drug test and a background check which was a little time consuming
It was ok and could have been better. Not sure if I got the job or not. Seems like they were in a rush to pick someone. I think there’s better jobs out there.
