It took over 3 months beginning with recruiter calling me and selling me on the company, then 1 hour telephone interview, online assessment test and application, then video interview which was completely disorienting and bizarre experience. Finally an in person interview with the hiring branch managers. Following that I was recommended to attend a Chase Job Fair and where there were multiple interviewers. I was dismissed following several hours at the "job fair" and never really given any reason for not being hired, just never called back. It was frustrating experience and feel like a terrible waste of time, because I was reluctant to do other applications since Chase was in constant contact scheduling additional "interview" tasks.
