I applied online and 2 days later a recruiter called me for a phone interview. She asked me about work history and gave me some details about the position. After the phone interview she scheduled me for the in-person phase. The face-to-face interviews took about 4 hours. I interviewed with with 3 separate managers at this phase. Each manager asked me a series of behavioral questions and I had to read an important disclosure verbatim. After the in-person interview I was offered the position a week later and accepted. From there I had my background check and drug test. I passed those and started the position 3 weeks later.
