Interview
The interview process was simple and straightforward. They asked what my strengths and weaknesses were and how they could be applied to help assist customers. They also gave me a few scenarios and asked how I would deal with them. These interviews are simple enough that you really don't need to prepare for them.

Interview was easy , friendly , no pressure ,face to face. One interview only , quick reply . Two people where interviewing , area manager & branch manager . Lovely company to work for.
