Interview
The interview process was good. Very pleasant, quick, with good questions and interest shown both ways. It started with a very lengthy online application process including an online exam. Following the exam I got a phone call for an over the phone interview and I got an offer and accepted. The next interview I had for an internal promotion was a 3 member panel which included the district manager.
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.
