Interview
I applied online and about a week later I got an email for an online interview. You have three business days to complete the interview at any time. I thought the interview was awkward since there was no one reacting to my answers. However, they make the interview easy by giving you thirty seconds to think of an answer before they start recording. There were about 7 questions and interview takes about 15 minutes. Still waiting for a call back.
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

It’s basically the STAR method questions. Questions based on customer service and sales
not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
