Interview
I first applied online directly at Chase for the location I was considering. I then interviewed with the assistant manager. I then interviewed with the Manager. They got back to me with an offer.
A face-to-face over the computer. The first interview was great and I went on to the second interview. I did not get the position and of course they do not say why.

Question 1
Describe a time you had to adapt to a changing or complex environment at work. 1.) the situation, 2.) your actions, 3.) the outcome.
The interview process was easy. There were 2 interviews before I was hired and the onboarding process was a breeze. I did have to go do a drug test and a background check which was a little time consuming
It was ok and could have been better. Not sure if I got the job or not. Seems like they were in a rush to pick someone. I think there’s better jobs out there.
