There were 2 interviews. First interview was informal where it meet with the team of teachers. This was a strategy used to see if I was a good fit. I believe that was a great way to incorporate teacher team since I would be working with them. Second interview was formal, an actual class demo for a group of 15 students. They asked me about assessments and how I aligned my standards and objectives. Very honest feedback. They also asked me what areas I wanted to improve in my teaching practice. Within 3 days I received the call back for being a new team member
