Easy, only asked 4 questions which was tell me about myself, why chipotle, if I prefer morning or nights, and when I can start. Lasted about 10 minutes and was offered the job on the spot.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
