Interview
Its almost always a group interview so you definitely need to try to stand out in the crowd it took about 45 minutes and a lot of the questions are based around the culture of the company and the "13 characteristics" they look for in new employees and they ask if you you feel you fit them so i would defiantly read as much as you can about chipotle or find and employee and ask questions about the culture they drill it into your head the 2nd interview is usually 1-1 along with a manager in training or someone the feel they will promote soon i was only a prep master and cashier and i was sitting in in interviews asking questions. But the 2nd is usually for them to read you more they defiantly look at your facial expressions and try to get an idea of your experience and how long you will stay witht he company and your goals
