For this particular Chipotle restaurant, one has to go through 2 managers before talking to the GM (General Manager). Luckily for me, the other managers were not available and I spoke to the GM immediately.
I was wearing my Navy ROTC uniform and that impressed her right away.
I did a lot of background researching prior to coming in, so I would know what I'm talking about. That was a great idea, because when she asked me if I knew anything about the company and what they do, I was able to tell her about their "Food with Integrity" motto and that impressed her as well. I was basically hired on the spot!
So I didn't really have to do much, other than listen to her talk about the company and their policy and such.
I was then told to come in again the next day to get a follow-up interview with the 2 other managers and that was a piece of cake too, they basically just talked while I listened.
It was much easier than I thought it would be. I basically did nothing but show up in my uniform, talk for a few minutes about what I researched on the company and bam! Here I am, a happy employee!
