I came in about 15 minutes early and told the cashier, she told her general manager. The manager was cool and felt like a friend, it was a great convo. It was very laid back and wasn't serious. However, he told me that there were 3 interviews which I already knew about: 1) with general member and a crew member 2) another manager 3) crew - if one person from the crew does not like you for a good reason, you won't get the position I answered the questions well and he told me he would give me a response in 24 hours which he didn't yet. I don't think that I will be able to fit into Chipotle's company because of their tight commitment but the interview was relaxed. I think you should consider Chipotle if you are in it for a long term job because I was told that if I do get the job, the contract will end the moment I change my availability since they need people for the weekend. I wore business attire but I don't think it was that necessary because the interviewer and the crew member were fairly young and looked like they did not care about appearance at all.
