It is a plus to research the company before you go. They are looking for knife skills, sene of urgency and 13 characteristics. The inverview process can be lengthy. Be ready to wait around. You will get one on one time with all the normal interview questions. What do you do for fun? What are your passions?.....ect. You may get a second on the spot interviwer.
