I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle
Interview
I applied online in the first week of September. I got a call back around a week or so later asking if I could come in for an interview in the two days and I agreed. I walked in and waited since the time of the interview was before hours and in total it was 3 other people and I. Some of the crew and the manager interviewed us. They asked in total 3 questions and then went around answering questions that we might have had. They told us if they didn't hear from us within 2-3 days, they "decided to go another route". It wasn't until a week later that I got called back for my second interview. I will update after I finish the process since this is what happened to me as of right now.

Question 1
Tell us a little bit about yourself.
Why Chipotle?
A time you were most uncomfortable?
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Question 1
Explain a time when you handled an upset customer?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
