I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Pueblo, CO) in Jan 2015
Interview
After applying online, it took maybe 2 hours for them to email me telling me I had an interview. We set it up for 2 days from then. I showed up to a group interview, and after 2 minutes I immediately knew who the manager was interested in. Basic pretty girl with cleavage. Another applicant mentioned it to me after the interview as well. All attention was on her, no one else. Shame. I would've loved to work here.

Question 1
What do you know about the history of Chipotle?
What is a word that describes you?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
